If your child is not admitted to our service, the initial information you provided when contacting us will be held for one year in case you need to contact us again. After one year any identifying information that you provide will be removed from the system.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
